Watering dry lands takes a series of activities. They start with garbage . Garbage is generated all over the world. All people participate into garbage generation either directly or indirectly. If the garbage is dumped, with time, the garbage turns against the entire bio-diversity by destroying environment in different ways which include the following:-
Decomposing materials of organic type produce methane which is significant Green House Gas; this is plenty what contributes to global warming and lead to climate change. Dumps provide a home and a source of livelihood to many dump-site families. These families are a security risk. We however propose to consume all the garbage as follows:
After constructing summer wells we take the local communities through various capacity building workshops to enable them adopt to;-
Horticultural produce. Agricultural activities benefits directly from the application of manure from dump-site. Echo-system is greatly degradable in arid and semi arid lands. This has spread all over and denies the atmosphere a rich carbon sink hence rend a lot of carbon into the atmosphere.

Construction of water reservoirs, pans, water canals and laying down of water pipes and do all other work and things necessary or convenient for the construction, improvement, maintenance, management, development and conservation of water catchment areas and to provide adequate supply of water and water treatment service to the community. To promote conferences, seminars, crusades in order to train, teach and equip the community with facts on the need to conserve water catchments areas and the indigenous forest. To provide accurate information on effects of destruction of wet lands, deforestation, poor water and soil conservation methods and the ultimate effect on global warming through educational programmes.
I invite you to share those difficulty experience with our people affected directly or indirectly with climate change related diseases. People have lived from harsh life to severe floods which have caused loss of lives. Some people have starved to death, only the strong have walked hundreds of kilometers looking for water and other forms of reliefs, even though they still dare to hope. Their spirits remain strong and remain open to any opportunity. Previous and present interventions are just relief. They have helped push victims through one disaster to another. My appeal is to all
